1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 Cup Raw Cashews - Chopped
1/2 Cup Raw Almonds - Chopped
1/2 Cup Raw Pecans - Chopped
1/2 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds - Chopped
1/4 Cup Flaxseed Meal
1/8 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup Homemade Nutella*
1/2 Cup Raw Honey
1/2 Cup Cacoa Nibs

Chop up all the nuts and mix together in a large bowl with the oats, chia seeds, quinoa flakes and flaxseed meal. In a separate bowl, melt the honey and combine thoroughly with the Nutella. Pour the Nutella/honey mixture over the dry ingredients and combine. Lastly, fold in the cacao nibs.
Prepare an air tight container with a lid by lining it with either parchment or wax paper. Roll the 'dough' into bite sized balls and place them in the lined container. Place the Homemade Nutella Balls in the refrigerator to set for at least one hour before serving. Store the balls in the refrigerator for a quick, energy packed snack.
