Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter - Creamy
1 1/4 Cup Peanuts - Loosely Chopped
1/2 Cup Almonds - Loosely Chopped
1/4 Cup All-Bran Cereal
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Oz Dark Chocolate - 70% or Higher
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Honey

Directions:
In a medium sized pot on low heat, melt honey and coconut oil together. Carefully add 1oz chocolate, stirring constantly, so it does not burn, turn off heat completely if necessary. Mix in peanut butter, cocoa powder, sea salt and turn heat up to medium/low. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute until it looks thick, stirring every 10 seconds or so.

Remove thickened chocolate mixture from heat and stir in peanuts, almonds and bran cereal. Spoon chocolate nut clusters into tablespoon sized balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchments paper. Refrigerate clusters for at least 1 hour, until they are fully hardened, before serving. Store any remaining chocolate nut clusters in the refrigerator, sealed in an airtight container.
Makes Approximately 2 Dozen Chocolate Nut Clusters
