1 Cup Raw Peanuts
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Raw Honey
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
In a food processor* process the raw peanuts until they become a smooth nut butter. Add the vanilla extract and chocolate chips and continue to process until mixture becomes creamy and smooth. Lastly, add the honey and sea salt and process for a moment longer. You can add more honey or salt to taste and double or triple this recipe easily.
* My food processor died me a while back and in the meantime I am saving up for a really nice one so I had to use my blender. The spread still tasted amazing but it took forever and was a pain in general. Definitely use a food processor if possible. Thankfully, the chocolaty, peanut buttery reward made it all worth while.
