Ingredients:
1 Cup Pecans
1 Cup Dates - Pitted
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
4 Tablespoons 100% Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey, Agave or your choice of sweetner
1 Cup Pecans

Directions:
Throw all the ingredients expect the dark chocolate chips in a food processor or a powerful blender and pulse until mixed. Mixture should be somewhat sticky, but with teeny, coarse, chunks of pecans peeking out from the dark dough.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips to the mixture and form into bite-sized balls. Tip: Wet hands while forming balls for added stickiness and to make the balls easier to form.
Place the formed dark chocolate balls in a parchment paper lined container and refrigerate for at least a half hour. Et voila!
