2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Ripe Strawberries
4 oz Low Fat Cream Cheese - Softened
1 to 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Agave Nectar
1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Any Milk
Cut 1/4 of the strawberries into bite sized chunks and do the same with the bananas, set aside. Blend together all the other ingredients until they are smooth and thoroughly mixed. By hand, gently fold in the remaining strawberry and banana chunks into the blended ingredients and pour the mixture into 6 Popsicle molds. Freeze popsicles in the molds for at least 2 hours. Once they are fully frozen, run hot water over the popsicle shafts to remove them from the molds and enjoy!
