2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
In a saute pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and saute red onion and garlic. Meanwhile, in a large pot on low heat, add the other tablespoon oil and stir in the chopped red and green bell pepper. Cover the pot and simmer the bell peppers, letting them soften. Back in the saute pan, add the ground turkey to the garlic and onion and saute it until meat begins to brown. Once ground turkey is done sauteing, about 5 to 7 minutes, stir in paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper. Remove the lid from the pot with the simmering bell peppers and stir in the diced tomatoes, chili powder and crushed red pepper. Pour the cooked ground turkey from the saute pan into to large pot to combine. Mix in the drained and washed black and kidney beans into the pot. Stir in 1 cup water, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Let chili simmer in the pot for at least 30 minutes. Serve hot or store in the refrigerator in an air tight container for later.
