1 Cup Almond Meal or Ground Raw Almonds
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
3 Tablespoon Butter - Melted
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Agave Nectar
Pinch of Sea Salt
Optional = 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar & 1 teaspoon Cinnamon to roll in
Mix together all dry ingredients and do the same with the wet ingredients, then combine. Form into a large dough ball, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. After dough is chilled and easier to work with, roll into balls and roll loosely in brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Transfer and flatten balls down a bit on top of a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in Pre-heated oven at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Once done, remove from oven and let cool to serve. Eat immediately or store in an air tight container for later.
