Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Fresh or Canned Pineapple in 100% Juice
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese or Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice or Coconut Juice
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Shredded Coconut - Large or Medium Shred
3 Cubes of Ice
1/4 Cup Fresh or Canned Pineapple in 100% Juice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until mixed, but still a little chunky, the texture adds to the 'Tropical Vacation Drink' effect. Pour smooth into a glass or a shake container to take with you. Enjoy!
