Ingredients:
2 Cans Garbanzo Beans - Drained and Washed
1/2 Cup Tahini
2 Lemons - Juiced
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 Large Cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt - I like Sea Salt Best
1 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (Optional, but unexpectedly awesome)
Directions:
In a food processor or a standing mixer, mix Tahini and Lemon Juice for about one minute, then scrap sides of mixer and mix for another minute until thoroughly combined.
Mix in garlic (Crushed or finely minced), Olive Oil, Paprika, Cumin, Salt and Sriracha if using. Mix again for about a minute, scrapping the bowl again and then continue to mix for another minute.
Add washed and drained Garbanzo Beans and mix for another one to two minutes until all ingredients are blended together.
At this point, Hummus will still be very lumpy, to make it creamier, add about six Tablespoons of Water one at a time until desired smoothness.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
