Directions:
Whisk together the quinoa flour, bran flour, protein powder, cinnamon and ground nutmeg. Beat together the egg, sugar, milk and vanilla extract. First, thoroughly combine the dry and wet ingredients. Next, fold in the sliced bananas and chopped walnuts. In an oiled skillet or sauce pan, over medium heat, drop the batter into your preferred sized pancakes and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes per side. Serve warm with addition fruit, yogurt, butter and/or maple syrup.
