Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Quinoa Flakes
1 1/2 Cups Oats
2 Tablespoons All Bran Cereal
2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seeds
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Shredded
1/2 Cup Pitted Dates - Chopped
1/2 Cup Cranberries
1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
3/4 Cup Any Mixed Nuts -Chopped - I used Cashews and Pecans
1/2 Cup Banana Chips

Directions:
Combine quinoa flakes, oats and bran cereal in a bowl. Bake on a baking sheet at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes until the mixture looks toasted but not browned or skip this step if you prefer your Muesli raw. Once the grains have been toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool. Meanwhile, combine all of the chopped nuts, seeds, coconut and fruit. Add the cooled grains to the fruit/nut mixture and store in an air tight container at room temperature. Serve Quinoa Flake Muesli cold, hot and/or mix it with water, any milk, juice and/or sweetener of choice. It's so versatile!

Makes 5 Cups Quinoa Flake Muesli
Recipe for Over Night Muesli: 1/2 Cup Muesli 1/3 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 Cup Any Milk 1-2 Tablespoons Raw Honey to Taste Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate in an air tight container overnight. Serve in the morning by itself or sprinkle with chia seeds, more nuts or fruit. Serves 2 |
