Ingredients:
2 1/2 Mixed Berries - I used blueberries and blackberries
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Oats - Use Gluten Free Oats for a GF crumble
1/4 Cup Raw Almonds - Chopped
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil or Butter
1 to 2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
Zest from 1/2 a Lemon

Directions:
Place washed berries into a greased, 7 Cup, oven safe, round bowl. Squeeze juice from half a lemon and grate the zest over the berries. In a separate bowl, mix together almond flour, oats, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and chopped almonds. Using a fork, incorporate egg, coconut oil and vanilla extract into the dry ingredients until the mixture is moist, but still thick and chunky. Spoon the crumble mixture over the berries and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, until the top is browned and the berries are bubbling. Serve mixed berry crumble after cooled for 10 minutes or store in the refrigerator for later.
