Ingredients:
2 to 3 Medium Sized Sweet Potatoes - Washed and Sliced Thickly
3 to 6 Large Cloves Garlic - Pressed in a Garlic Press
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Black Pepper to Taste
Sea Salt to Taste
Paprika to Taste
Clean and slice the sweet potatoes into thick slices and put them in a large zip lock bag. Add the olive oil, pressed garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika to the bag with the sliced sweet potatoes. Let them sit in the bag refrigerated for at least one hour.
Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and empty the marinating fries onto the pan. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 for 20 to 35 minutes, depending on how crispy you prefer your fries. Rotate about every 15 minutes or so. Store the remaining Garlic Sweet Potato fries in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
