Ingredients:
1 Cup Gluten Free Oats - Ground in Blender
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
1 Cup Walnuts - Chopped
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt

Directions:
Grind oats in a blender until they resemble flour. Place oats in a bowl and add cinnamon, baking powder, sea salt and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then mix in maple syrup, coconut oil and coconut sugar. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and combine. Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Put mixture into a 3 Cup rectangular, well-oiled dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Once fully baked, remove from the oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
