Ingredients:
1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Chocolate Casein Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk
3-4 Cubes Ice
NOTE: You can sub Whey Protein Powder for the Casein, but that will make the smoothie a thinner consistency. The Casein Protein Powder makes the smoothie thick, like a milkshake. Also, you can sub any other milk, water or even cold coffee for the almond milk. I add only a tablespoon of Hemp Protein Powder because more than that gives smoothies a 'grainy' texture that I don't care for. However, not only it is a great taste/texture in addition to the cacao and casein powder, it also adds more protein, omega-3's and fiber to the smoothie.

NOTE: One whole smoothie is an equivalent for a meal replacement, but you can divide the smoothie into 2 servings for more of a snack. Simply store the remaining smoothie in the refrigerator with a lid or a piece of plastic wrap over the top of it and drink it later.
