Ingredients for Protein Powder Greek yogurt:
1/2 Scoop Whey or Casein Protein Powder - Vanilla or Cinnamon flavor
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Almond milk - or Soy or Rice or Cow's whatever you like
Directions for Protein Powder Greek yogurt:
Add protein powder to Greek yogurt and stir to desired consistency. Add your milk of choice to blend the protein powder seamlessly. The amount of milk is somewhat arbitrary, if you like your yogurt creamier, add more milk, if you'd prefer it to be more like frosting, add less. Casein powder will make thicker yogurt, while Whey will make it smoother. I like to pretend that I'm eating frosting, so I use Casein and omit the milk completely, it is purely personal taste.
The best part is that you get a great protein boost as well as sweetness without a lot of sugar. A great way to start your day!
