Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Cashews or Any Nut - Chopped
1/4 Cup Almonds or Any Nut - Chopped
1/4 Cup Pecans or Any Nut - Chopped
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
4 to 5 Tablespoons Raw Honey - Melted
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt - Optional
Extra add ins: 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips, Cacao Nibs, Dried Fruit, anything you'd like!

Directions:
Chop the nuts and mix them in a bowl with the coconut and vanilla extract. Pour the melted honey over the top of the nut mixture and combine. Fold in any add ins if you are using them.

Line a 3 Cup rectangular oven safe pan with parchment paper leaving some extra flaps on either side sticking out. Scoop the bar mixture onto the lined pan and press it down firmly with and spatula. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into mini or full sized bars. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
