Ingredients:
2 to 3 Ahi Tuna Steaks
2 Lemons
1 Red Bell
1 Yellow Bell
1 to 2 teaspoons Capers
Sea Salt and Black Cracked Peppercorn to taste
Oil for sauteing

Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of the tuna steaks with pepper and salt, then squeeze the juice of one lemon over them. While the steaks marinate, chop up the red and yellow bell pepper and saute in a pan over medium-low heat. Saute bell peppers until softened, add juice from half a lemon, black pepper and salt, then remove and place in a serving dish.

While the steaks marinate, chop up the red and yellow bell pepper and saute in a pan over medium-low heat. Saute bell peppers until softened, add juice from half a lemon, black pepper and salt, then remove and place in a serving dish.
In the same pan over medium-low heat, saute the ahi tuna steaks for about 3 to 5 minutes each side, depending on how pink you like the inside of your tuna. Right before the steaks are sauteed to your liking, squeeze the juice from the remaining 1/2 lemon, sprinkle more pepper and salt to taste, and add the capers. Place ahi tuna steaks on top of the sauteed bell peppers and serve.
