Ingredients:
3 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Uncooked Quinoa
1 Cup Walnuts - Chopped
1 Apple - Peeled and Diced
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil or Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar or Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

Directions:
Grease 2 cookie sheets with coconut oil and set aside. Mix together all of the dry ingredients, then add the diced apple. Mix together all of the wet ingredients and pour it over the dry ingredients to combine. Evenly spread the granola over the 2 cookie sheets and bake in a pre-heated oven at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir with a spatula and rotate every 15 minutes or so. Once the granola is crispy and browned to your liking, remove it from the oven and let it sit out until it is cooled completely. Keep the Apple Walnut Quinoa Granola in an air tight container at room temperature for a few weeks or freeze for long term storage.
