1 Cup Quinoa Flakes
1/2 Cup All-Bran Cereal
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1/2 An Apple - Chopped
1/4 Cup Raw Almonds - Chopped
1/8 Cup Maple Syrup
1/8 Cup Almond Butter
1 Cup Quinoa Flakes

Directions:
In a powerful blender, blend quinoa flakes, bran cereal, baking powder, cinnamon and sea salt together until fully combined. Add the applesauce, egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, almond butter and blend the ingredients together once more. Place the chopped apple and almonds in the blender and fold them into the batter with a rubber spatula. Pour the batter evenly onto an oiled 9 inch sauce pan over medium heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Once the edges start to brown, flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.
